What the job is like
We're a small airline with four aircraft, which means everyone sees how the whole operation works. A pilot can fly the Mara in the morning and Lokichoggio in the afternoon. The dispatchers plan the flights, file them and meet the passengers. Reservations build routings across three countries. The ground crew turn an aircraft around on a strip with nothing on it but a windsock.

Who we hire
In the air
Caravan captains and first officers. Every pilot needs at least 1,500 hours on the Caravan, plus instrument and night ratings.
On the ground
Licensed aircraft maintenance engineers, flight dispatchers, ground handling crew.
In the office
Reservations, finance, quality and compliance.
Work experience
We take students and aviation enthusiasts for work placements. In 2022 Max, aged 15, spent a week with us: on the apron with the ground crew, and in the simulator with Christian.
