• Two pilots on every flight. The Caravan is certified for one. We've never flown it that way.
• 1,500 hours on the Caravan before anyone flies for us: on this type, not in total.
• Instrument and night ratings for every pilot.

• Simulator checks on top of what the regulations require.
• Trained in-house. Our founder is a flight instructor and still oversees every pilot's training.

• One type. Four Grand Caravans. Every pilot and every engineer is current on all of them.
• Engines overhauled in Switzerland every 3,800 hours.
• Compressor wash every 100 hours, injector nozzles cleaned every 400. Both more often than the rules require.
• Live satellite tracking on every aircraft.
• Maintenance led by a Head of Maintenance with 19 years in the trade.

Our Head of Quality audits every department, and an independent auditor, ARGUS, audits the operation. The Kenya and Tanzania civil aviation authorities do the rest.
